Out of the four of us, three are based in Haichuan; to avoid being criticized, we won’t criticize them too much. . . As for Lao Zheng, actually we don’t call him Lao Zheng; since we are all from the Lao X generation, we’ll just call him Lao Zheng here. . . This guy is really amazing too – a pro at computer games; he plays Eternal Tower every day, and sometimes he plays Dota as well, to the point that he skips classes and doesn’t sleep. . . Anyway, it’s something related to using a computer. . . You know the consequences. . . Lao Jiang – what impressed me the most about him is… . When I first started college, they spoke to me for the first time, saying “￥&&%￥……&%*……%……￥#￥”; I didn’t understand it. . . I replied, “Could you please speak in Mandarin?” . ” Our dormitory made jokes about this scene for four years. . . It was only later that I understood the first two characters meant “brother,” but I still didn’t know what the rest meant. . He used to lead me and Lao Tian in playing DNF. . It’s great fun. During meals, the staple food is always white steamed buns; they also bring their own water, and they mock us for not drinking water while eating Lao Tian keeps saying that he won’t get addicted to computer games, and claims to give them up right away~ But every time he goes out for something, when he comes back, he’s either playing DNF or Three Kingdoms Online. . . We said we agreed not to get addicted, right? ? ? One night, this guy climbed into bed and started touching Lao Jiang, who angrily asked, \"What are you doing?\" Lao Tian said, \"I’m just checking to see if you’re asleep.\" . . How cute. . . Since our four birthdays are close to each other, we always celebrate them together, eating cake, drinking Sprite and Coke, chatting, and then playing DNF together. . . I can never remember the birthdays of two certain people; their birthdays fall on the lunar calendar, and I don’t know how to keep track of the lunar dates. So whenever it seems like their birthday is approaching, I call to ask. . . . . After graduation, I went to Beijing to see Huo Huo Lao Jiang countless times – but was I still mocked by him? I lost contact with Lao Zheng; when I went to Nanjing for a trip, there was a heavy downpour and public transportation stopped operating, so I couldn’t meet Lao Tian. . . Mm-hm. . What is DNF? It’s so popular among you – don’t you play DOTA?
DOTA was super popular when I was in school; internet cafes were full of people playing it. And there are all kinds of shouts; many people who play games all day long end up dropping levels over and over again. They generally don’t go to class, and it doesn’t matter if the teacher calls on them.
4 people, so great. We were 8 people at that time. They lived together for 4 years, one of them moved away and was replaced by another. We used to keep in touch occasionally right after graduation, but now we hardly ever contact each other.
Dungeon & Fighter, DNF, is a 2D online game focused on leveling up, acquiring equipment, and completing dungeons. . . Playing this is mainly done in the dormitory; it creates a fun atmosphere when everyone plays together. . Of course, I also play DOTA; after all, DNF has a fatigue system – if you play for 2 hours a day, you can’t play any more. .

It is also related to the industry one works in after graduation and the level of development in that industry. We’re in the same dormitory, and there are people from fields such as shipbuilding, IT, civil engineering, and ocean engineering. We were fine back then; there were basically no fights or conflicts within the dormitory. Less than a few months after arriving at school, I witnessed conflicts within the dormitory.
