Do LNG plants need to be equipped with refrigeration workers?

Some time ago, there was an acceptance inspection for an LNG liquefaction production plant, and an expert requested that the company hire refrigeration technicians. Please share your opinions on whether this is necessary; if not, are there any documents to support that view?
The original poster didn’t clarify the issue, right? Is it an LNG production plant or an LNG refueling station?
What is the basis for this? Why don’t the experts say?
LNG plant project, a liquefaction plant? There are liquid chemical workers, unit operators, loading and unloading workers, purification workers, and mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation maintenance workers.
It’s an LNG liquefaction plant, and experts require that someone with a special certification for refrigeration and air conditioning work be on duty during each shift – it’s unbelievable
It refers to operators of special equipment, who must also hold relevant certificates; this is a requirement set by regulations, and experts will surely bring this up
