Liquid nitrogen vaporizer design consultation

Hello everyone, I would like to build a liquid nitrogen vaporizer; a water bath type or a tube-type heat exchanger would work fine. The heating method should be steam heating. Could anyone share some diagrams? I would be very grateful! ! ! ! ! !
Liquid chlorine is available; I’m not sure if it can be used
I’d like to take a look at the internal structure of the heat exchanger for reference. Do you have it? Could you share it?
