I want to deliver slurry precisely using a metering pump; please help select some metering pumps that can achieve this I’ve seen that most metering pumps, whether diaphragm-type or plunger-type, are used for transporting clean liquids; some say they can also be used to transport suspensions. Are there anyone who has used them and has experience or cases in this area that I could refer to? Recommended domestic metering pump brands!
Let’s talk about the operating conditions first – what are particles? What is a solution? What is the particle content? What are the flow and pressure parameters? If the requirements are not too strict, a standard diaphragm metering pump will suffice; if they are indeed very stringent, then a special design is necessary.
It is more appropriate to use a screw pump as a metering pump; otherwise, it will get clogged frequently
