Hello everyone, could someone please share the steps for treating wastewater from pre-painting processes? What treatment chemicals are generally used, and what are the results after treatment? Thank you

This post was last edited by slll611 on 2016-9-30 at 10:40; generally, the spray painting cycle water is treated as wastewater before being discharged； To reduce high treatment costs, a new type of water treatment agent specifically designed for treating paint wastewater must be added; this agent is also known as a paint mist coagulant or AB agent. The paint mist coagulant can break down the paint mist in water, disrupt the charge balance, and cause it to flocculate, thereby reducing the costs associated with water replacement as well as high disposal expenses.
