As the title suggests, for example, can a cable like ZR-KVVPR be used for an AC 220V power supply? If it can be used, should this shield be grounded at both ends, or left unattended? ?

It’s fine if the load isn’t high; make sure to handle the shielding layer properly to avoid short circuits. However, it’s better not to use it after all, as shielded cables are designed for signal transmission.
