Dear experts, please give me some advice. There’s a shop for sale at the entrance of our residential complex, and I’m thinking about buying it but don’t know what needs to be done first. The shop is 28 square meters in size; the neighborhood is developed, and food business isn’t an option here. It can be managed by one person. The initial investment is relatively high, around 100,000 yuan. There are already many shops in this neighborhood – restaurants, convenience stores, clothing shops, small supermarkets, used car dealerships, and more. The store I want to switch to used to sell clothes; next to it is a Shaxian Snacks restaurant, and there’s also one that offers children’s music training. There is a bus stop right at the entrance. I’m not trying to make a fortune; I just want to settle down and earn enough to cover my living expenses. I welcome experts with experience in this area to offer their advice; I’ve been thinking about this for a long time.
It is recommended to open a potted plant shop that also sells fresh flowers. Or open a pet shop.
This is also one of my favorites, but those nearby have already opened
From the way you put it, it seems like everything is already available; then what’s the point of having this storefront? Free tea?
It’s definitely something that can be thought of; it’s just that the imagination isn’t fully engaged yet
I said, please don’t hit me. There are three urgent needs in life: public toilets.
You might consider making something by hand, such as pottery, clay sculptures, or models, which can attract both children and adults
It mainly depends on what you want to do What are your hobbies? How about opening a card and board game room?:lol
Fruit shops are very popular. The original poster should think about it – after all, they eat fruits every day themselves.
I can’t hit you, but I really want Tang Seng to keep nagging you to death. . . . . It can only be said that having ideas and addressing what others urgently need is a good starting point. Thanks for it
