Hello everyone. Our company has newly installed a set of large-grain production equipment that uses fluidized bed granulation and a horizontal packed washer for dust removal. At present, the flow rate from the six nozzles causes severe liquid carryover in the chimney; most of this liquid is water, with a small amount of urea present. Have you all encountered the situation where the four groups of nozzles are produced without liquid? How to solve it? Please explore it.
The scrubber has a high spray volume and high circulation rate, its liquid level is high, and the damper of the exhaust fan is set at a high opening degree.
It’s beyond the acceptable range; the air volume is high but the heating effect is insufficient, and there are also certain requirements regarding the air volume and particle size.
