May I ask, in what ways and through what signs is the oil loss in the tank caused by the expansion oil mist fan manifested? Other than the vacuum level being too high.
A certain negative pressure must be maintained in the oil tank of the light oil station; otherwise, gas along with oil will enter the bearings and cause damage to them.
Our expander and the oil mist fan are completely covered in oil right now. The fuel tank is leaking severely. The pressure gauge shows a certain negative pressure. Don’t know which problem? Seek a solution
Is the return pipe at the bottom of the oil mist separator blocked?
Upload photos of the oil mist fan inlet and outlet sowie the upper part of the thin oil station tank for analysis.
The oil mist fan keeps pumping in oil and gas, so there is definitely some loss of oil in the tank over time
