Kaidi’s newly established Xinshen Oil Engineering Company focuses on the production of bio-based synthetic oils; it was set up in 2014, and it is said that its staff members were recruited from various design institutes. The salary is quite high; if you work there, you’ll be involved in chemical engineering design. I’m not sure what kind of company it is though The Central China branch of Sinopec Sales Company is said to offer low salaries, and it’s not even certain that employees will be assigned to Wuhan (I haven’t gone for an interview yet). Which one of these two is better? I am a female master’s graduate in chemical engineering from a 211 university. Last time I sent it on behalf of someone else; this time I’m sending it myself.

If you can get a job at Sinopec’s sales company, don’t consider anything else – just take it without hesitation. State-owned enterprises, Fortune 500 companies, large platforms…. As for making further choices in the future, with the backing of such a large platform, you will be highly sought after wherever you go. .
I checked online and found many job posting for campus recruitment by Zhongxin Youqi Engineering Company; the work location is in Wuhan. A monthly salary of 8,000 is quite good. My friends work at Wuhuan Design Institute, and it seems that the salary there wasn’t this high when they first started working there. As for future prospects, the design industry is quite suitable for women – if one obtains more certificates and works on various projects, they can become fairly wealthy. Sinopec has a good reputation, but the key is whether you’re willing to work in sales. One option is to work in technology, and the other is to work in sales – they are two different fields. It’s easier to get promoted in new companies, while in large companies promotion depends on seniority； It depends on an individual’s personality and preferences: those who are adventurous should choose Kaidi, while those who prefer safety should opt for Sinopec

Kaidi is involved in biomass gasification plus Fischer-Tropsch synthesis, right? This technology seems to be in line with the current trends in the industry, and the compensation is good. Don’t always focus only on CNPC and Sinopec; it’s unclear how many people will be laid off in 2016, and that’s quite sad
