For ring tubes, machining holes at any angle – is there any method for that?
What size? Small drill drivers, large drilling machines.
If the ring tube can be cold-formed, the holes can be drilled in the straight tube in advance. If the ring tube needs to be heat-bent, it can only be drilled on a drilling machine. It’s quite troublesome.
The pipe is big enough to use a magnetic drill. For small tasks, a drill can be used; if drilling inside a ring, a corner drill is suitable
Drilling is inaccurate on cold-drawn pipes. For thermal bending, a magnetic drill is more accurate; magnetic drills are used for making local holes in high-pressure boilers.
