Can liquefied hydrocarbon storage tanks use fixed roofs?

As the title suggests, I used to think that the saturated vapor pressure of liquefied hydrocarbons should be quite high; so how is it possible to use storage tanks at atmospheric pressure? However, upon checking the regulations for the petrochemical industry and construction, I did find fixed-roof storage tanks for liquefied hydrocarbons. I’d like to ask experts: what kinds of substances are typically stored in such tanks, and under what conditions are they used?
I can’t imagine it at normal pressure. The liquefied gas tank areas are equipped with spherical tanks, while the plant areas have storage tanks with elliptical ends.

There are atmospheric pressure tanks. Liquefied hydrocarbon storage tanks come in pressure-type, cryogenic-type, and semi-cryogenic-type. Among them, the refrigerated type is what we refer to as a atmospheric pressure tank.
This type of tank is more complex; it doesn’t have a fixed roof as is common in such tanks, but it is indeed a atmospheric pressure storage tank
