The weight of the raw materials varies from time to time, and the pressure in the stabilizer fluctuates between 0.8 and 1.1, making it particularly difficult to maintain control. When the pressure is too low, it’s necessary to activate the compression system; whereas when the pressure is too high, it’s not possible to get rid of all the non-condensable gases. Why is this?

Is there severe water carryover in the stabilizer overhead reflux tank? Does the bottom temperature fluctuate along with the feed temperature?
The raw materials generally change very little; even if there are changes, they won’t have a significant impact on the pressure in the stabilizer. The pressure in the stabilizer is likely to be affected by a malfunctioning control valve. Another possibility is that water is present in the reflux stream at the top of the stabilizer, or there is water in the liquefied gas inside the condenser at the top of the stabilizer
Check if the back pressure has changed significantly
There seems to be water entering the tower, in pulses. Check the level gauge of the water in the reflux tank
You can start by considering the following points: 1. Check whether the analysis temperature is normal; you can increase the analysis temperature appropriately to raise the liquid level by controlling the interface level of the oil-gas separator at the compressor outlet at a lower level. 2 Control the temperature and level at the bottom of the stabilizer stably; manually control the pressure at the top of the tower, and also manually control the cold reflux to ensure an appropriate temperature of the liquefied gas after cooling. 3. Fractionation control keeps the amount of crude gasoline decreasing steadily, preventing large fluctuations that could affect the stability of the entire system.
It seems to be the stabilizer column in the reforming unit under pressure; check whether the trays have salt buildup.
Also, does your back route go through desulfurization? If so, does the desulfurization pressure fluctuate? In the absence of a desulfurization unit, the tank area also directly affects pressure.
