Why can’t I log in to Haichuan these past two days?

After entering the username and password, security questions and answers appear; one enters the questions and answers (it has been done this way for years), but an error message may appear saying “Please select a security question and answer,” after which nothing happens. If clicked again, a message appears stating “Too many password errors; please try logging in again in 15 minutes.” It’s been like this these past two days; I can’t log in. Today I tried to retrieve my password; by skipping the security questions I was able to log in normally, so I quickly deleted those security questions. I don’t know what’s going on. Am I the only one who has encountered this phenomenon?
At least I haven’t encountered any too serious problems. Logging in with a computer has never seemed to be a problem, but logging in with a mobile phone is much more troublesome; it often fails after several attempts, mainly due to issues with typing pinyin characters.
I’ve encountered this phenomenon too. . .
Just check the “Auto-login” option, and that’s it – there’s no need to enter the details every time.
