Do the instruments purchased need to be calibrated before leaving the factory?

Dear everyone, I would like to ask whether the instruments used in the skid-mounted process equipment produced by our company need to be calibrated before leaving the factory. If so, are there any regulations governing this matter? Such as Article xx of the Metrology Law, etc., thank you!
Measurement verification is generally the responsibility of the using unit.
If you’re not confident, the manufacturer can send it for inspection; even if there’s no inspection fee, one will still have to be paid
Instruments are generally calibrated before leaving the factory; some manufacturers provide calibration reports, while others may not (perhaps they are not calibrated). As our friends have said, if you’re not confident, the only option is to take it to the relevant metrology department for calibration; the cost of calibration varies depending on the type of instrument.

Instruments need to be calibrated before leaving the factory. Worried about those newly purchased ones? Then take them to an authoritative institution for calibration. As far as I know, however, the equipment in some local institutions doesn’t seem to have the same high precision as that manufactured by the manufacturers.
