General oxygen extraction rate by air separation
For example, how much oxygen is produced when 100,000 of air is introduced?
The current extraction rates are quite high; generally, the minimum rate is around 95% (which is still due to problems with the distillation tower), while the higher rates are usually around 98% or 99%. After deducting the bypass air volume from an air flow rate of 100,000, it should still be possible to extract around 18,000–19,000 units (which is still quite low, as a relatively large amount of bypass air is being deducted).

As long as the process does not require low-pressure nitrogen, there is no need for a secondary tower; that’s how we do it here
