The routine inspection system requires employees to carry out inspections using the five-step method of \"listening, touching, looking, smelling, and checking\" ； At each inspection point, the operating sounds, temperature, vibration, and other operational conditions of the associated equipment are checked; relevant data is recorded on time, and issues are reported and addressed promptly. In our daily inspection tasks, most of us think it simply involves going to the site and carrying out some routine checks, but inspection work should not be reduced to such a simple \"routine task\". As guardians of the equipment, we need not only keen insight to notice even the smallest details and inspection skills that enable us to develop proficiency through experience, but also the awareness to be attentive during inspections. Only by conducting thorough inspections with a sense of responsibility, checking each piece of equipment, each pipeline, each valve flange, and each pump in operation for any abnormalities or leaks, can various problems and potential hazards be detected in a timely manner, ensuring the safe, stable, and efficient operation of the facility. Therefore, our inspections should be carried out like a doctor diagnosing a patient; we need to have a thorough understanding of all aspects such as the performance of our devices and equipment. It is also necessary to carefully inspect and diagnose the equipment with attention. Only in this way can problems be identified and addressed in a timely manner, truly preventing issues before they arise and ensuring the safe and stable operation of production.

Ensure stable production by achieving the “six requirements” ________________________________________ The team has made anti-freezing and anti-condensation measures a priority in its current work, in line with the workshop’s directives. Taking the rectification of \"low-quality, aging, and faulty\" elements as well as weekly inspections in workshops as an opportunity, it is necessary to strictly enforce local management responsibilities and attach great importance to frost and condensation prevention efforts. First, it is necessary to organize the team members to study carefully the anti-freezing and anti-condensation plans issued by the workshop, setting the goal of preventing any pipelines, equipment, or valves from being damaged by freezing, thereby clarifying the tasks related to anti-freezing measures. Following the principle of \"early prevention, frequent inspections, early detection, and timely rectification\", ensure that all anti-freezing and anti-condensation measures are properly implemented. Second, conduct a thorough inspection of all equipment, pipelines, factory building doors and windows glass, traps, and heating systems within each area where the apparatus is located, and address any non-compliant elements. Completely eliminate leaks at the production site. Third is standardized management, ensuring that the “six aspects” are properly addressed. That is, proper prevention measures, adequate safeguards, sufficient personnel, clear responsibilities, ready emergency plans, and prepared anti-freezing supplies. Ensure that the measures for preventing freezing and condensation in the ingredient handling units are properly implemented, with responsibilities assigned to specific individuals. Fourth, strengthen on-the-job training and emergency plan training for team members, in order to enhance their practical operational skills and emergency response capabilities. Ensure that timely action can be taken in the event of abnormal situations. Fifthly, on top of conducting regular inspections at frequent intervals, each position must carry out \"three inspections\" per day: one before starting work, one during work, and one after finishing work. Through thorough inspections, we aim to eliminate the adverse factors associated with production in winter and nip potential problems in the bud. Although it is difficult to maintain stable production in winter, the employees of the batching team are determined to fulfill their duties conscientiously, conduct regular inspections and frequent checks, and carry out all safety-related tasks in an orderly manner, ensuring the safe and stable operation of the batching system throughout the winter through the strict fulfillment of responsibilities by every employee.
