I am not familiar with pressure vessels. I would like to ask: if a pressure vessel is equipped with sensors, are these sensors installed using threads? And if there are cables leading out from it, how can sealing be achieved to meet the pressure resistance requirements?
Flange + nozzle. Flanged body with internal thread, probe mounted on the connector. It’s usually like this. If there is a protective sleeve to keep the bed dry, connect it directly via flanges.
It involves many components; both ends need to be threaded, and it also needs to be waterproof

You mean external rain protection; it’s not necessary, right? The flanges are painted, and there are many non-ferrous metals in the instrument connections.
Is an IP68 water resistance rating achievable?
You are referring to the waterproof rating of the instrument itself, which has nothing to do with the connections of the pressure vessel
It’s the instrument cluster connector; if that connector isn’t handled properly, the water resistance level will definitely not be high
