May I ask: what is the overhaul cycle for the chlor-alkali plant at your facility? Is it a major overhaul once a year or on some other schedule? How many days does a typical major overhaul take?

Previously, we carried out a major overhaul once a year, usually in June, for 7–10 days. The plan has been changed from this year to carry out major repairs every 2-3 years.
The duration of the major repair is generally determined by the maximum time required to address the issues with the equipment; if there are no problems with the equipment and only cleaning, replacing valves, gaskets, packing, or dealing with other minor issues is needed, then the time required will be shorter. Our maintenance is usually carried out once a year or every two years, and it generally takes 3-4 days.
More or less, it’s usually 3 to 4 days, twice a year.
