If the boiler water softening equipment fails to absorb salt or does so very slowly during operation, we must first identify the cause of this issue and then carry out targeted repairs. The reasons for poor regeneration salt absorption include: low feed water pressure, blockage in the brine filter pipes, blockage in the salt absorption pipes, and blockage in the water ejector. During the inspection, you can follow this sequence: 1. Check the pressure gauge on the water inlet pipe to confirm that the water inlet pressure meets the standard values. 2. Check whether the salt suction tube is blocked. 3. Unscrew the saltwater filter, disassemble it and rinse it with clean water; if the problem persists, it is then necessary to remove the upper sealing cover of the water injector and rinse it thoroughly.
