What are Solutions I and II for ammonia nitrogen testing reagents? Nessler's reagent? Why are two solutions added? :handshake:handshake:handshake
There are two different types of Knudsen reagents used for the spectrophotometric determination of ammonia nitrogen in water. By preparing these different Knudsen reagents, measuring the absorbance of blank solutions, drawing calibration curves, testing standard substances, and analyzing surface water samples, the differences between the two types of Knudsen reagents can be compared
Could it be a potassium sodium tartrate solution and Nessler’s reagent?
