After filtration under pressure and drying, it is sold as a magnesium-sulfur fertilizer. Magnesium sulfate monohydrate obtained after drying through the above process is generally in a powdered form, which makes it inconvenient to use; therefore, customers request that it be produced in granular form. There are two methods for producing granular monohydrate magnesium sulfate: drum granulation and extrusion granulation. In drum granulation, the dried powdered monohydrate magnesium sulfate is wetted and rolled in a drum to form granules; after granulation, it needs to be dried further and then screened to obtain qualified products. The strength of these granules is insufficient, making them prone to breaking ; Extrusion granulation involves extruding powdered monohydrate magnesium sulfate into strip shapes, which are then crushed and screened to obtain qualified products; such particles have high strength. The above two granulation methods have high production costs; we are now looking for a new granulation method that requires less energy. Please help us, dear experts. A particle size of 5-8 mm is sufficient; there are no requirements regarding dry or wet methods.
