Sit down in the armchairs and we’ll welcome guests from all directions. There are two matters: 1. One of my friends is an elementary school teacher; a student lied by saying he didn’t have a pen and thus failed to do his homework. The teacher gave him a few blows with a stick, after which the student went back and told his grandmother that the teacher had hit him with an iron rod. This prompted his parents, uncle, and four or five other parents to come to the school and cause a disturbance. 2. When another teacher stopped paying much attention to a poor-performing student, the parent of that student called and complained about why no one was helping their child with their studies. The teacher then had to put in a lot of effort to deal with the situation. Soon after, that parent called again to warn the teacher not to supervise their child too closely... The teacher was eating at the time, and upon hearing this, he became so angry that he threw his bowl aside. What are people’s thoughts on these two incidents? --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The art of tea ceremony is the way of appreciating the beauty of tea. It is also regarded as an art of preparing and drinking tea, a set of social etiquette centered around tea, and a way of life through which one can cultivate oneself through tea. Drinking tea can calm the mind and soothe the spirit, cultivate one’s temperament, and eliminate distracting thoughts. When going to work every day, one has to face the computer, and its radiation can cause significant damage to the eyes. It is advisable to drink tea in one’s free time; drinking tea helps us replenish fluids, protect against radiation, boost alertness, regulate mood, clean the mouth, and even aid in weight loss. A gentle reminder from the small tea house: (1) Drink tea according to the seasons: flower tea in spring, green tea in summer, oolong tea in autumn, and black tea in winter. (2) Drinking tea at work: Green tea is suitable in the morning, chrysanthemum and goji berry tea in the afternoon, and cassia seed tea in the evening.
It’s better for parents not to interfere too much in their children’s life at school; teachers are professionals when it comes to education and should be capable of raising the children well. What parents need to do is support the teacher’s approach. Of course, all of this is within the bounds of the law. . If teachers use coercive methods with children, parents should promptly report this to the school administration.
The parents in Example 1’s situation are understandable. . The parents in Example 2 are simply beyond words. . . Parents should support teachers. . When children are misbehaving at school or have poor grades, it is mostly the parents’ responsibility. . . It seems that teachers’ psychological resilience also needs to be strengthened. . .
Yeah, what kind of atmosphere is it nowadays? Back in our day, we got beaten so much while studying that we didn’t dare say a word. In primary schools these days, there is still a phenomenon where teachers of core subjects hit students, and parents encourage such behavior; whereas if teachers in minor subjects hit students, there is backlash
Only children are treated like treasures at home; their parents even hesitate to scold them, indulging them too much, and they will regret it when they grow up
When they grow up, they will speak. . It’s all the teacher’s fault from back then for not supervising properly. . What should we do now? . .
No matter how well things are managed, it still depends on individuals; for example, the children of some teachers and principals may have poor grades and poor character – but they surely can’t claim that they didn’t take care of their own children
If the teacher is not targeting one’s own child and does not resort to excessive behaviors such as scolding or physical punishment, it is advisable to listen to the teacher! Here as well, a student who wasn’t paying attention in class was pushed by a newly graduated physical education teacher and kicked in the buttocks; the student immediately reported the incident to the media, and the school replaced the teacher to settle things down.
Nowadays, teachers don’t even dare to hit students. When I was in middle school, a teacher would call a student to the office after class to talk, and then that student would beat the teacher.:L
Respect the child’s personality; anything that is beneficial to the child’s development is right. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
Rejoice in secret~~ In middle school, the boards our teachers used were taken directly from wooden benches. . . . First, copy the text from ‘The Story of Chen She’ twenty times by hand, and then get beaten with a stick thirty to fifty times!
