May I ask about the phenomenon of nozzle blockage in the burner’s slurry channel, and the mechanism by which the blockage of the nozzles in the slurry leads to a \"decrease\" in the pressure difference within the burner?
\"Decrease\" in burner pressure difference caused by clogging of nozzles in coal slurry? What does this mean? Is the decrease in pressure difference caused by severe abrasion?
In the actual operation of the gasifier, large particles in the coal may cause uneven combustion at the burner tip. There will be an upward trend in oxygen content to varying degrees, and the temperature of the vaporization furnace begins to rise. The burner pressure difference has decreased significantly; the slurry flow rate shows little variation, and there is a drop in the pressure at the outlet of the slurry pump. The analysis shows that the decrease in burner pressure difference is mainly affected by factors such as localized uneven spraying of the coal slurry and excessively high local flow velocity of oxygen at the center.
I’m sorry, I didn’t quite understand. Why does the oxygen flow increase when there is a deviation in the burner’s spray? How does this cause a decrease in pressure difference?

These are all problems that occur during actual operation; after deviation in spraying, the oxygen level at the center increases to varying degrees. With an increase in oxygen level, the atomization effect improves relatively, and the differential pressure across the burner decreases. The above are my personal opinions; I hope everyone will actively share their views to help identify the reasons :)
It is recommended to install solid flow monitoring. Simply put, it is solids that cause blockages while gas can pass through, which leads to a decrease in pressure difference. This is just my personal opinion, for reference only!
First, where does the burner pressure difference come from? It is the pressure in the gasification furnace minus the pressure in the slurry pipeline, usually around 6 kilograms. If part of the nozzle in the slurry flow channel becomes blocked, and the slurry pump is a plunger pump, the pressure in the slurry pipeline will naturally increase. The pressure in the gasifier can be considered a constant parameter at this point; as a result, the pressure difference across the burner decreases.
