Layout and standards for video surveillance

Dear maritime professionals: Nowadays, whether it’s sites with major hazard sources or other facilities, **relevant departments require enterprises to install video surveillance systems. For example, the public security authorities demand surveillance systems for security purposes, the work safety authorities require such systems for hazard sources, and the customs require them for monitored goods, and so on. As a result, enterprises end up installing hundreds of cameras and related equipment, but many of these remain unused as there is no one to monitor them. I hope everyone can share their own practices as well as the relevant regulations and standards.
