How to use Event Scheduler?

When thinking about dynamic simulation, the functions I want to achieve are: a) at 5 minutes, the flow rate should change to 500 lbmole/hr, and at 8 minutes, it should change to 600 lbmole/hr； b. When the liquid level exceeds 70%, the opening degree of the inlet control valve becomes 0 ； c. However, when the liquid level is below 30%, the opening degree of the inlet control valve becomes 100%. I should use the Event Scheduler, but I don’t understand how to do it. Does anyone have examples or step-by-step instructions?
