Emulsification of condensate is normal: since the oil at the top of the vacuum tower is heavy, it tends to emulsify ； The corrosion-inhibiting component in the sustained-release agent is a surfactant, which also causes more severe emulsification. If improvement is desired, the pH value of the condensate water can be reduced appropriately; a value of 6–7 is recommended ； Another approach is to improve the components of the corrosion inhibitor, reducing its surface activity, which can also decrease the degree of emulsification ； Some anti-emulsifying ingredients can also be added.
