After confirming that no one is inside the furnace, close the manholes and inspection doors, etc ; Confirm that there is no leakage ; 3) The supports for all pipes in the boiler itself are intact; the suspension rods and springs are not broken, and all compensators are functioning properly. The protective plates and insulation covering the furnace walls are in good condition. The metal covers on the steam pipes installed outdoors are complete and secure, and the valves and pipes are well insulated ; 4) There should be no trash or debris inside and around the furnace; the covers of all pits, wells, holes, openings, and channels must be in good condition, and there should be sufficient lighting ; 5) All expansion indicators are intact with no jamming, and the scales are clear, indicating the standard position at cold temperature ; 6) The soot blower shows no signs of damage or deformation; all components are present, the transmission mechanism operates smoothly, and the protective covers are intact ; 7) The safety doors, exhaust valves to the atmosphere, explosion-proof doors, drain valves, and all associated components must be in good condition; local pressure gauges must be available, exhaust pipes must be firmly connected, and drains must be unobstructed ; 8) All dampers and baffles should be properly connected to the pipes; the connecting rods should not be bent, the opening indications should be accurate, and the switches should operate smoothly. All pressure and temperature measurement points related to air flow should be intact ; 9) All soda valves are intact, with complete handwheels; the valve stems show no signs of bending or rusting. The packing should have sufficient compression, the valves should operate smoothly, and the direction and opening indication should match the actual condition ; 10) The dual-color water level gauge indicates correctly, with good and clear lighting ; 11) There is no ash accumulation on the tubes of the water wall, superheater, reheater, air preheater, economizer, and other heating surfaces; these surfaces remain clean. Moreover, there are no protruding parts on the tubes of these heating surfaces to prevent increased wear ; 12) There should be no debris on the air distribution plate at the bottom of the combustion chamber; the inlets and outlets of the air nozzles must be unobstructed. There should be no debris inside the air nozzles. The refractory material covering the bed surface, as well as the anti-wear cast materials surrounding the furnace chamber, must be intact, with no signs of detachment or cracks.
