RT May I ask how everyone determines the gas flow rate for nitrogen purging in centrifuges? A flat-type 1000 centrifuge with a continuous operating time of about 3 hours.
The residual oxygen concentration limits inside the centrifuge are determined based on the explosion protection rating; the nitrogen filling concentration and pressure standards are also established. Nitrogen pressure sensors and oxygen concentration meters are installed at the negative pressure areas of the centrifuge, allowing for automatic compensation in case of nitrogen leaks
