1. Using steam condensate is easy to understand: condensate is obtained by condensing water that has been vaporized at high temperatures. This process is similar to desalination and deoxygenation, but it is more expensive and complex, making it uneconomical. If your factory has a sufficient amount of steam, then the amount of condensate water will also be high; therefore, it is sufficient. In general, factories have too little condensate water, so this solution is not adopted there. 2. I don’t know how other companies handle steam condensate; here, since the amount of condensate is relatively small, it is generally treated as wastewater. As for heat, there is hardly any way to make use of it, as its amount is too small; it cannot be used to prevent freezing in winter, and exchanging heat with the raw materials is purely impossible. 3. The water used in the temperature and pressure reducing device is deoxygenated water or demineralized water; after purification, its salt content is very low, and there are also few impurities such as solid particles and suspended matter.
