You have misunderstood. ICP is plasma atomic emission spectroscopy, while Dionex specializes in ion chromatography; they are two different types of analyzers.
The OP’s kind of question is not very useful. If you are a decision-maker for corporate procurement, you should have professional technicians evaluate which configuration is suitable for the specific applications of your company, rather than simply deciding whether a certain brand is good or bad. Judgments of whether something is good or bad are highly subjective; there is only the criterion of suitability or unsuitability, and this criterion is determined by various factors such as the condition of the samples in the company, the analysis requirements, the quantity of samples, and the skill level of the operators. In addition, the costs of daily consumables, maintenance costs, and service quality are also factors that need to be considered.
If you have enough money, buy a Thermo Electric model; if your budget is moderate, go for a PE or Agilent model. If you have less money, opt for a Shimadzu model, and if your budget is even lower, choose a domestic brand... but domestic brands really aren’t good quality.
