Color coding specifications for grounding flat bars

I’m not sure; it probably doesn’t exist. Our company’s inspection doesn’t include this item either – as long as the grounding is secure, that’s enough
Grounding flat steel is usually buried directly underground; then why is it painted? The indoor ground wire should be yellow
Does an outdoor grounding strip not need to be yellow and green?
The yellow and green ones must be the grounding wires, right?
