I need to apply for the associate senior title next year, so I should start preparing papers in advance. Are there any regulations in Shandong Province regarding the number of papers required, the word count of those papers, or the level of the journals in which they should be published? Also, the company is in the petrochemical industry, and my specialty is safety engineer; how should I choose a specialty when applying for a senior engineer title?
