According to Polaris Environmental Recruitment Network: The PPP project for the incineration of municipal waste for power generation in Gaoyou is managed by Gaoyou Taida Environmental Protection Co., Ltd., a company established with joint funding from Tianjin Taida Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. and the Gaoyou Municipal State-owned Assets Management Center. This company is responsible for the investment, construction, and operation of the facility, which is located to the west of the landfill in Xingnan Village, Longqiu Town, Gaoyou, covering an area of 120 mu. The total investment for the first phase of this project is 350 million yuan; it is capable of processing 700 tons of municipal solid waste per day, and is equipped with 2 mechanical grate incinerators as well as 1 15MW steam turbine generator set, with space reserved for an additional incineration line in the second phase. Flue gas purification is carried out using the treatment process of \"SNCR + rotary atomization semi-dry method + dry method + activated carbon injection + bag filter\", along with a waste leachate treatment plant capable of handling 300 tons per day and an ash landfill covering 35 mu. Once the plant is in operation, it will be able to process 233,300 tons of municipal waste per year, generate 90.7 million kWh of electricity annually, and supply 71.7 million kWh of electricity to the grid. This will enable the comprehensive achievement of the principles of \"reduction, harm reduction, and resource utilization\" in the treatment of municipal waste in Gaoyou City, laying a solid foundation for the development of a resource-efficient and environment-friendly society there.
