The work for August is already over, and the salary for this month will be paid a few days later. Thank you all for your hard work! Following the station manager’s instructions, the technical team is also required to conduct inspections, just like the patrol team. The main aspects of these inspections involve identifying the best posts and outstanding topic posts, as well as determining which posts deserve to be marked as favorites and which topics are outstanding. While receiving your salary, please share your opinions and respond!

I’ve been gradually paying attention to and refining this issue in previous posts recommending excellent topics. 1. Purely technical queries don’t count. 2. Posts consisting solely of images also don’t count. 3. Replies that have little to do with the post content—such as “thank you” or “I learned something”—don’t count either. 4. Posts where users answer questions based on images probably don’t count either (to be determined). Issues such as hiding replies need to be discussed. 5. Those posts that do not meet the requirements should have their wealth points deducted firmly. 6. There must be a dedicated person responsible for thoroughly evaluating the recommended stickers; those that fail the evaluation will have their wealth deducted. That’s all I can think of for now
For the evaluation of high-quality subject posts, it is recommended to involve members of the technical team. Although we are part of the technical team, our role is actually to serve the technical staff.
Do you mean to have engineers at the senior level or above in the technical team participate in voting?
Well, that’s what I mean. Our technical team is limited in size; it’s impossible for them to be experts in all fields and industries. It’s recommended to have technical personnel participate in the evaluations. This is more authoritative

How can recommending topic posts make people more active? Many are recommended each time, but not many meet the requirements. There are only 7 recommendations from the technical team in the end, which is really not enough; more professional personnel need to be added.
I agree with Lele’s suggestion. An excellent technical thread; the posts from before the Super Edition of Game Theory can be regarded as templates. Here are a few additional points for reference only: First: the topic should have technical depth and be somewhat profound ； Second: The theme should be somewhat representative and not too niche ； Third: It shouldn’t be a purely request-for-help or question-based post; rather, it should be a two-way communication post in which one has their own opinions and ideas, and seeks others’ perspectives actively ； Fourth: Theme posts should preferably include both text and images, and it’s ideal to have data or tables included ； Fifth: The poster should actively participate in the discussions and exchanges in subsequent replies, and possess a certain level of technical expertise ； Sixth: It would be good if the original poster could provide a concluding summary at the end.
