At higher pressures (around 9 MPaG), when the PSV vents, will supercooling occur? Is the principle similar to that of throttling?
I don’t think so. Usually, expansion relief occurs the day after tomorrow, and it’s not happening continuously either
It depends on the medium and its physical properties; supercooling occurs in liquids, right? It generally doesn’t happen in other cases
It’s not that cold either; during design, it needs to be able to withstand temperatures of minus 20 degrees Celsius, and the medium used is natural gas
