The manager has asked me to keep a process ledger. What exactly does a process ledger include? How to do it? This is the first time I’ve heard of process records. Before, as a junior team leader, I was only responsible for calculating things like the amount of raw materials used in production, the yield of products, and energy consumption. Please, experts, help me out! Thank you! !
This was done by a process technician. First of all, the parameters specified on your process card must be entered into the process technology ledger. Secondly, there are the operating parameters that are continuously added as a result of analyzing various abnormal situations
It’s similar to the equipment table, but a few additional items need to be added, such as the supplier, the date of purchase, and maintenance records
Aren’t procurement and sales the responsibilities of the supply and sales department?
