I would like to ask fellow sailors: Does Dalian West Pacific Petrochemical Co., Ltd., abbreviated as WEPEC, recruit employees from outside the company? What about the salary and benefits, and the location? If I have worked in another state-owned enterprise for three years and then want to apply for a position there, what should I keep in mind? I was there twice in 1998 and 2005, but I’m not familiar with it.

The compensation is good,,, but when it comes to internal operations, it’s quite common for one person to be responsible for overseeing a single set of equipment. Considering the tasks performed and the responsibilities assumed, the salary is definitely adequate
