Regarding Yima Gasification

I’m looking for the operating parameters or control criteria for the Yima plant. If anyone knows them, could they please share them? During my last visit, I was told that Yima uses 6,000 tons of coal per day, with a gas production volume of 300 m3. Calculating this, that’s only 500 m3 per ton of coal? So little? Is it true?
Yima has two steam boilers that also use coal. The gas production per ton of coal from the gasification units is quite good; each unit can produce around 120,000 cubic meters of raw gas per 55 tons of coal
In other words, 2182 m3 of gas per ton of coal – that’s not high at all!
The long-flame coal used in Yima is subjected to Ruhry gasification, with the gas production per furnace being around 45,000 to 50,000 Nm3/h. The gas production per ton of coal is around 1300 Nm3.
I have been to their control room; they use computers to record all their operational data. I was wondering if they could provide a copy for reference. Thank you
