But should we really trust the health advice presented on TV and follow it? Please share your personal opinions to gain a better understanding.
It’s not trustworthy; the goal is always money. Even any few truthful words are said to get more money

I never watch this stuff. First, I don’t have the time or money; second, at my age I have responsibilities that I must take on
I think it’s pretty good; it’s useful to listen to it.
Your debate post isn’t strong enough; do you never think about how to counter the arguments of the opposing side?
It would be best to have examples to support the positive viewpoint, such as relatives or friends who have benefited from it.
All those so-called experts and miracle doctors are nothing but those who promote certain drugs or foods. For example, the mung beans mentioned back then.
Do you agree that the opposing view is one not to be trusted?
I don’t believe it completely; I just treat it as a reference. It does work, so of course I followed the advice
