The burner head is manufactured using thermal spraying technology, which provides effective protection for the burner during actual use. Why isn’t this technology widely applied in industrial production?
It has no practical value and increases costs.
This burner has been actually used by a company in Shandong, with very good results; it’s just not clear why it wasn’t widely adopted.
Spraying only the surface is useless
Has no practical use value, but is wear-resistant
For thermal fatigue cracks and scorching on the outer epoxy end face, this thermal spraying method seems to be quite effective.
It only treats the symptoms, not the root cause. Use it if you think it’s good; use that money to get a proper nozzle instead.
