In this season, condensation water often forms on the refrigerant insulation. Since the production materials cannot come into contact with water, we are currently using trays to collect the condensation water, but this still does not fully solve the problem. Do any members of this forum have any good suggestions?
A basement water tank can be installed at a compromise location, along with a small pump; the liquid is collected using trays, and pipes lead to the tank. If there is no pressure in the pipes, a slope can be created to allow the liquid to flow by gravity. Depending on the amount of condensate, it can be determined whether the water in the tank should be recovered intermittently or continuously

In a dry environment (with the water dew point properly controlled), dew cannot form on the surface of low-temperature facilities.:o
