I was wondering if your factory takes samples separately for high-pressure graywater and low-pressure graywater, twice each? We take samples at the outlet of the graywater sink. The high turbidity of the graywater may be caused by a mismatch between the amount of flocculant used and the corresponding load; this is one of the possible reasons. A comprehensive analysis is required, taking into account factors such as the coal used for pulp production, the total volume of water displaced in the system, as well as the effects of high flash point and true flash point. Could you be more specific?
Is it only the high-pressure gray water that exceeds the limits? Is your deaerator effective? What types of water flow in there? Also, how is the high flash liquid level controlled? What is the efficiency of the flashing process, and does a large amount of water get carried away with the vapor? How often are the deaerator packing and high flash internal components generally cleaned?
The deaerator is very clean and has never been clogged
