Hello, colleagues. I’m looking for detailed steps, methods, and precautions regarding the shutdown and dehydrogenation process of a hydrogenation reforming reactor. Could anyone provide this information? Thank you in advance{:3_64:}
There are really all kinds of ways to do this. If it drops to 250°C after stripping, maintain it at 8.0 MPaG for 48 hours.
There is also a method where, after gas lift, the temperature is reduced to 250°C, and the pressure is maintained at 1/4 of the design pressure for 8 hours.
There is also a method in which, after air lifting, the temperature is reduced to 300°C at 12 MPaG for 8 hours, 8 MPaG for 10 hours, 6 MPaG for 16 hours, and 4 MPaG for 36 hours
