The medium being measured is a 40% urea solution; the pipe diameter is DN15, and the flow rate is approximately 0.05–0.1 m3/h. Could you please advise me on what type of flow meter would be suitable, as well as which manufacturer it should come from? Thank you!

Float flow meters, and metal float flow meters in particular, can be equipped with remote transmission capabilities; the data can be displayed on a DCS system, and it is also possible to use the DCS to control an automatic flow-regulating valve.
Electromagnetic – no need to discuss it; this is the best option.
It’s simply impossible to measure such a small flow rate of electromagnetic fields. Flow rate of 50-100L, glass rotor. Metal tube rotor
This post was last edited by hfrs on 2016-6-21 00:03. Who said it can’t be measured? I just used the Romon software to do the calculations: the accuracy is 1% for a minimum flow rate of 0.007 m3/h, 1% as well for a minimum flow rate of 0.094 m3/h, and 2% for a minimum flow rate of 0.04 m3/h
Metal rotameters can be used for measurement; DN15 size, with an ordinary accuracy of 2.5 and a precision of 1.0 for custom orders. Remember not to order glass rotameters, and don’t forget to install a magnetic filter as well~
If the requirements aren’t high, use a rotor; the pipe diameter is too small
