I saw some training materials for the CS3000 that included the following explanation: TAG.PV=0 or 1 – I can understand that. But what does TAG.PV=H/L/0 mean? Regarding the use of the SWITCH and alarm output switches: Condition: In the Tag name.Data item field, enter Tag.PV; Condition: The value entered in the Data field should be 1 OR 0; Action: In the Tag name.Data item field, enter Tag.PV; Action: The value entered in the Data field should be H OR L OR 0. There’s also another explanation regarding TAG.CSV – why does it have three states: 0, 1, and 2? Can someone explain this? TAG.CSV data: 0, 1, 2
TAG.PV=H/L/0 – this is a parameter used when a TAG action is performed, and it is applied in ST16 and LC64. Among them, H/L is used in ST16, while L/0/1 is used in LC64. Why are there 0, 1, and 2 in TAG.CSV? This is related to the SIO function block: 0 represents a command to close the valve, while 2 represents a command to open it ； For motors that can rotate in both directions, 1 is used. It is recommended to check the practical instructions for these functional blocks, as this will make it easier to understand.
