How to apply the four options for safety valves in Aspen

When using Aspen to calculate safety valves, there are four scenarios to choose from: Dynamic run with vessel engulfed by fire, Dynamic run with specified heat flux to vessel, Steady state flow rating of relief system, and Steady state flow rating of relief valve. The latter two represent static simulations (one for a system with pipelines and the other for a system that has only a safety valve), while the former two are dynamic simulations. May I ask everyone where these four simulations are used respectively? I used the fourth simple simulation, namely Steady state flow rating of relief valve. But after entering the information, it kept indicating that I hadn’t selected a block or connected any fluid pathways, yet when using the PSV mode, there’s no need to select a BLOCK. I’m not sure what the problem is; does anyone have any advice? Thank you.
