75t/h, 3.82Mpa medium-pressure CFB boiler, using diesel ignition under the bed. I’d like to ask those who have used it: what is the diameter of the fuel nozzles and the fuel pressure? Thank you!
A CFB boiler with a main steam pressure of 130 t/h and 3.82 MPa; it is equipped with 2 ignition oil nozzles. The pressure of the ignition oil is 2.5 MPa, and the maximum flow rate for each ignition oil nozzle is 800 liters per hour. Several different sizes of orifice plates are available for use with these ignition oil nozzles, and they are installed and adjusted according to the actual conditions on site.
