Circulating water optimization

At Sinopec, optimizing circulating water is currently a key strategy for energy savings; I wonder which projects have already completed construction and been put into operation? Where should the focus of the rectification be? Can the quality of the replaced pump, outlet stop valve, etc., meet the requirements (with the weight being reduced by half compared to the currently in use equipment)?
With the circulating water system upgraded, the operation of the entire setup is much less demanding. Corrosion and scaling resistance.
