What is the most effective way to deal with water dripping from the bottom of the furnace during its lining process in a heating furnace? 1. It is a constant temperature ； 2. Stalled furnace ； 3Continue raising the temperature?
Is water dripping from the bottom of the heating furnace during its heating up? During furnace drying, the temperature inside the furnace is high; thanks to the insulating effect of the lining, the temperature of the furnace walls can remain quite low. Therefore, it is definitely incorrect to allow condensation water to accumulate or to leave the furnace unventilated – instead, the amount of flue gas should be increased so that as much moisture as possible can be carried away by the flue gas.
A new approach? It’s unlikely. It’s probably too humid; in such cases, it takes longer to reach a constant temperature, so there’s no need to rush and increase the temperature too quickly.
May I understand that sufficient flue gas or air flow must be ensured during the boiler lining process? Our boiler is equipped with a CO burner, and I am considering whether it is possible to carry out the boiler lining process separately; my main concern is the amount of air flow or flue gas. Please provide an answer.
